Dipak Pangeni
Dipak Pangeni is the visionary driving force behind Resham Firiri Nepal. A seasoned mountain guide fluent in both Nepali and French, Dipak has spent over two decades bridging cultures on Himalayan trails. His nightly song-and-dance rituals weren’t just entertainment—they created a space for genuine human connection, where tourists and porters alike shared stories, laughter, and hope. Witnessing rural poverty firsthand, Dipak’s determination to serve those in need took root. As President, he steers every initiative with empathy, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to “earning Dharma through work.” Under his leadership, Resham Firiri Nepal has expanded from a modest sponsorship of ten children to a broad spectrum of education, health, and community development programs—yet Dipak remains hands-on, trekking remote villages to ensure that every project reflects the genuine needs and aspirations of the people we serve. His motto: “After being born as a human, our highest calling is to perform good deeds and lift others from distress.”
